Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian declared that Iran has not initiated war with the United States or Israel and that defending against aggression is Tehran’s legitimate right. State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism M Rashiduzzaman Millat announced that all existing canals will be re-excavated and new ones dug to address water shortages and improve irrigation.
