Israel has carried out an airstrike on Iran’s Kermanshah province, killing five Iranian soldiers and injuring nine others, according to Fars News Agency.
The strike reportedly targeted Naft Shahr village in Qasr-e-Shirin on Saturday. This incident adds to an escalating death toll, with at least 430 civilians killed and more than 3,500 injured across Iran so far during the ongoing conflict.

Following the U.S. airstrikes on Iran, Mohammed Al-Farrah, a senior member of the Houthi Political Bureau, warned that this is not the end, but the beginning of a wider war.

“Trump wants a fast war with a fast conclusion. But this is only the start. Now is not the time to flee,”
he said, responding to U.S. claims of successful strikes on nuclear installations.

Iranian authorities have confirmed that the Fordow nuclear facility sustained damage in a U.S. airstrike.
Morteza Haidari, spokesperson for Qom’s Crisis Management Center, stated that Iran’s air defense systems were activated shortly before parts of the facility were hit.
State media outlet IRNA reported that no radioactive materials were stored at the targeted sites, suggesting Iran may have preemptively relocated sensitive materials.
Trump previously claimed that heavy bunker-buster bombs were dropped on the facility buried 262 feet underground.

Former U.S. President Donald Trump confirmed via Truth Social that American forces had successfully struck three Iranian nuclear sites—Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.

“All our aircraft are now out of Iranian airspace,” Trump wrote.
Reuters reported that B-2 stealth bombers were involved in the strikes, which mark a significant escalation in the ongoing Iran-Israel conflict, now drawing in direct U.S. involvement.

Iran’s Deputy Health Minister Ali Jafarian warned that continued Israeli airstrikes near nuclear sites could lead to radiation leaks. While no evidence of Israel using unconventional weapons has been found, Jafarian said, “We are prepared for any radiological emergency should nuclear reactors be targeted.” He reported that three hospitals have been hit so far, with Kermanshah hospital being fully evacuated. Jafarian accused Israel of deliberately targeting civilian infrastructure and called on the World Health Organization and the International Red Cross to pressure Israel. As of the eighth day of Israeli attacks, at least 430 civilians have been killed and more than 3,500 injured, he said.

The Israeli military claims to have targeted a centrifuge production facility at Iran’s Isfahan nuclear complex. Military spokesperson Avichay Adraee released video footage and images of the strike, stating, “This is a facility involved in uranium conversion, a key step toward weapon-grade enrichment.” The air force reportedly also hit surrounding buildings used in centrifuge assembly. “Our strikes on Iran’s nuclear infrastructure will continue,” Adraee warned.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) announced on Saturday that it had launched missiles targeting Ben Gurion Airport and several Israeli military command centers. The strikes are part of the 18th phase of its “True Promise Operation-3,” involving Shahed-136 suicide drones, as well as precision-guided solid and liquid-fueled missiles. According to the IRGC, the attacks successfully hit their predetermined targets, overwhelming Israeli defense systems and forcing civilians into bomb shelters.

Jafar Miadfar, head of Iran’s Emergency Services, stated that Israeli forces have targeted not only residential areas but also medical and relief facilities across the country. “Three relief bases and eight emergency centers have been either severely damaged or completely destroyed,” he reported. A total of 14 emergency personnel have been injured in the attacks, with two in critical condition.

An Israeli soldier, Sergeant First Class (Reserve) Noam Shemesh, was killed in southern Gaza during clashes, bringing the total Israeli military death toll in the Gaza ground offensive to 430, according to The Times of Israel. Shemesh, a squad commander in the Shimshon Battalion of the Kfir Brigade, was killed by an RPG attack in Khan Yunis. Another soldier was injured in the same incident. Among the total casualties are also two police officers and three civilian contractors from the Defense Ministry. Five hospitals in Iran have been damaged by recent Israeli strikes, according to Pir Hossein Kolivand, head of the Iranian Red Crescent Society. He noted that while the hospitals were not direct targets, the blasts shattered windows, and many patients experienced breathing difficulties due to smoke. Kolivand confirmed that these incidents would be brought before international courts, citing violations of international humanitarian law, which prohibits attacks on medical facilities during armed conflicts. Earlier, Israel had accused Iran of targeting civilian infrastructure after Soroka Hospital in Israel was hit by Iranian strikes.

Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has confirmed that five of its members were killed in an Israeli airstrike on Saturday in Khorramabad, Iran. The strike destroyed several key facilities in the city. Among those killed was the second-in-command of the IRGC’s drone unit, who had been continuing drone operations against Israel following the death of his superior. Israel’s military stated that fighter jets specifically targeted IRGC commanders, killing one identified as Amin Pour Jodkhi. At least 82 Palestinians have been killed in the past 24 hours during Israeli air and ground assaults in Gaza, many of them while attempting to collect food and humanitarian aid.
