Following the incident, 259 students were temporarily expelled by the authorities. Among the expelled students from the Physics Department, Adnan Saif’s name appeared in the eighth position. His participation in the exam has sparked outrage among students. Professor Salauddin commented, “I am not sure whether Saif attended the exam. However, this morning, he and a few classmates came to me. He claimed he was not involved in the attack but participated in the anti-discrimination movement. He provided some photos and a written application, which I have sent to the Vice-Chancellor.”

Expelled JUB Student, Accused in July Attack, Participates in University Exam

Starting Monday, nearly 400,000 government primary school teachers will engage in an hour-long work stoppage demanding their promotion to the 11th grade.
