A seven-member investigation committee has been formed after a bus from S.B. Super Deluxe Paribahan fell into the Padma River at Daulatdia Ferry Ghat No. 7 in Goalanda upazila of Rajbari district. Bangladesh Television (BTV) has secured the broadcasting rights for all 104 matches of the upcoming FIFA World Cup 2026, ending uncertainty over which channels will air the tournament in Bangladesh.
