Eight individuals were arrested in connection with a robbery at businessman Abu Bakar’s house in Mohammadpur, Dhaka. A draft amendment to the International Crimes (Tribunal) Act proposes adding enforced disappearances and gender-based violence to the definition of crimes against humanity.
