The results were announced at the Patiya Upazila hall by Assistant Returning Officer and Upazila Nirbahi Officer Farhanur Rahman. The final results will be officially declared by Returning Officer and Chattogram Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Zahidul Islam Miah.

According to the announced results, Enamul Haque Enam received 134,060 votes, while his nearest rival, Islami Front’s Air Muhammad Peyaru, secured 28,806 votes. Jamaat’s candidate Dr. Faridul Alam, with the scale symbol, came third with 20,940 votes. Field reports indicated that voter turnout was higher in the morning but declined later in the day, with notable participation from women voters.
