Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) claims a renewed push for the “Minus One” formula is underway—aiming to eliminate former Prime Minister Imran Khan from politics. PTI spokesperson Sheikh Waqas Akram accused PML-N leader Azma Bukhari of being part of a palace-backed conspiracy to fracture the party from within. Jamaat has extended support to the families of the martyrs and victims to the best of its ability.

Following directives from Tarique Rahman, the 'Amra BNP Poribar' organization provided medical assistance to four students critically injured by law enforcement during the August 24 uprising. The aid was handed over at BNP’s central office by Ruhul Kabir Rizvi. The injured students are Abdur Rahman, Sakib Al Hasan, Al-Amin, and Mohammad Sharif.

The BNP’s Tongi West Thana unit has issued show-cause notices to two leaders—Azizul Haque Raju and Sohel Siddiqui—for violating party discipline and disrupting the chain of command.
