Amid rising tensions between Iran and Israel, France has announced plans to evacuate approximately 250,000 French nationals residing in Israel. The French ministries of Foreign Affairs and Defense stated that a military Airbus A400M aircraft is being dispatched for the evacuation. These military flights will supplement chartered civilian flights. Evacuees will first be transported to Cyprus.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi has condemned the U.S. strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities, calling it a violation of international law. “The United States has blatantly breached all international rules with this attack,” Araghchi said. “Under the UN Charter, Iran reserves the right to self-defense and may respond through multiple avenues.” He emphasized that Iran will never compromise on its sovereignty, independence, or territorial integrity. “We will use all necessary tools and options for self-defense,” Araghchi added, declaring that Iran will not enter talks until the attacks stop.

Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong has expressed support for U.S. efforts to prevent Iran from acquiring nuclear weapons. A BNP leader from Narayanganj's Sonargaon has been accused of threatening to shoot a Saudi Arabia-based expatriate for not paying an alleged extortion demand. On Sunday, the victim, Sohrab Hossain, filed a complaint at Sonargaon Police Station, alleging that Shahjahan Bhuiyan, president of the local BNP unit (Ward 4, Sadipur Union), demanded Tk 500,000. Detectives have arrested former Islami Bank Managing Director Muhammad Monirul Moula early Monday in connection with a large-scale loan fraud case. He was taken to the Detective Branch headquarters on Mintoo Road. An Israeli drone strike on an ambulance in central Iran has killed at least three people, including a patient, the driver, and a family member. According to Hamidreza Mohammadi Fesharaki, governor of Najafabad County, the ambulance was transporting a patient between hospitals when it was hit.
