Chief Adviser’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam has revealed that investigations by BFIU and a joint task force have uncovered assets linked to Sheikh Hasina in the United States, United Kingdom, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the Cayman Islands. Additionally, a Russian "slush fund" was identified in a Malaysian bank. Authorities discovered 124 bank accounts holding approximately BDT 63.514 billion, a 60-katha plot worth BDT 18 million under RAJUK, and 10% ownership of land valued at BDT 88.5 million, alongside eight apartments.
