Iran’s Foreign Ministry denounced NATO Secretary General for congratulating what it called a “particularly heinous act of aggression” against a sovereign nation. Spokesperson Ismail Baghaei said, “It is disgraceful, shameful, and irresponsible. Supporting an injustice is a moral failure; supporting a crime makes one complicit.”

During a farewell meeting with outgoing German Ambassador Achim Troester, Chief Adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus praised Germany as a reliable development partner and Bangladesh’s largest trade partner in Europe. He congratulated Ambassador Troester on the successful completion of his tenure and appreciated his efforts to strengthen bilateral ties. Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif held urgent calls with the ambassadors of Saudi Arabia and Qatar to discuss de-escalation strategies amid rising Middle East tensions.
During a conversation with Qatari envoy Ali Mubarak Ali Essa, Sharif expressed deep concern over Iran’s recent strike on a U.S. base in Qatar and stressed the importance of peace and cooperation.
In a separate call with Saudi Ambassador Nawaf bin Said Al-Maliki, Sharif reiterated Pakistan’s commitment to diplomatic solutions and proposed a trilateral cooperation framework involving Pakistan, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia.

Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq, Bahrain, and Lebanon have all condemned Iran's missile attack on Al-Udeid Air Base. In separate statements, they called the strike a threat to international law and regional stability. These nations expressed solidarity with the Qatari people and urged diplomatic dialogue as the only path forward to de-escalate tensions.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt clarified that President Donald Trump merely raised a question, not a policy decision, about regime change in Iran. “Last night, the President asked, ‘If the Iranian regime won’t negotiate, why shouldn’t the Iranian people stand up to this cruel rule?’” she said. Leavitt stressed that the U.S. military posture remains unchanged and reiterated that the recent U.S. attack had crippled Iran’s nuclear program. She also dismissed the idea of closing the Strait of Hormuz as “foolish.”

On Monday, Bangladesh’s High Commissioner to India, Riaz Hamidullah, met West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee at Nabanna. This meeting marks the first interaction between a Bangladeshi High Commissioner and the CM in nine years. Qatar’s Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Majed Al-Ansari condemned Iran's missile attack on Al-Udeid Air Base, calling it a "direct violation of Qatar’s airspace, sovereignty, and the United Nations Charter." He stated that Qatar reserves the right to respond under international law. He also noted that the Qatari air defense system successfully intercepted and neutralized the incoming Iranian missiles.

Russian President Vladimir Putin, during a meeting with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Moscow, condemned the recent US-Israel attack on Iran, calling it an “entirely unfounded act of aggression.” Putin reaffirmed Russia’s strong ties with Iran and expressed full support for the Iranian people. He extended greetings to Iran's President and Supreme Leader and emphasized the importance of Araghchi’s visit to discuss the escalating Middle East crisis. Araghchi blamed the attacks on Iran’s nuclear facilities for rising tensions.

Despite recent U.S. attacks, Iran remains committed to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT), according to Deputy Foreign Minister Majid Takht-Ravanchi. He stated that Iran would continue to enrich uranium for peaceful and energy-related purposes under the NPT framework. However, he also warned that ongoing assaults have rendered dialogue meaningless. “We do not negotiate for the sake of negotiation,” he added.

In a joint statement, the OIC urged Israel to halt its attacks immediately. While avoiding direct mention of U.S. airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear facilities, the organization labeled Israel’s actions in Iran, Syria, and Lebanon as blatant violations of international law and the sovereignty of the affected nations. Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi stated, “The U.S. and Israel have crossed a red line. Iran will respond to American aggression by any necessary means.”

Amid growing regional instability, the U.S. State Department has ordered the evacuation of non-essential personnel and their families from the American embassy in Lebanon. At the same time, the number of emergency flights for American citizens wishing to leave Israel has been doubled. U.S. authorities have issued multiple alerts to citizens across the Middle East, warning of possible retaliatory actions from Iran.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi announced that he is heading to Russia for “important talks” following the US airstrikes. Speaking to reporters, he said, “I’m going to Russia today for critical discussions. Tomorrow I will meet President Putin.” Araghchi emphasized the strong strategic ties between Tehran and Moscow, saying, “We regularly coordinate with each other on regional developments.” He described the upcoming meeting with Putin as “very important,” expressing Iran’s willingness to deepen cooperation with Russia.

China has strongly condemned the US attack on Iran, particularly the bombing of nuclear facilities under the supervision of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). In a statement, China’s Foreign Ministry said, “This action by the United States is a grave violation of the UN Charter, international norms, and international law.” The statement further warned that the attack has dangerously escalated tensions in the Middle East. China urged all parties—especially Israel—to agree to an immediate ceasefire and expressed its readiness to work with the international community to restore peace and stability in the region.
